Google in everyone’s pocket?

The Guardian reports that Google and Orange are to team up to develop a mobile phone. But this will not be any old device, it will (apparently) make searching the Internet quick, easy and almost a reflex action. What would learning and schools look like if these became ubiquitous? Would those in charge ban them? Are some types of memory even necessary in the 21st century? And more importantly, what will become of the humble pub quiz? :s
