		<description>This is good news and I hope that the taskforce can bring about its aims - however, it is important to highlight that there is more than one type of digital divide&#160; - access is only one of them.&#160; Perception and understanding of the affordances/uses of technology is a huge digital divide (reflect upon the introduction of interactive whiteboards into schools - mass technology access, very little change to practice in the main - the changes only began to come about when the understanding of the role of technology develops).&#160; So great news that one divide is being addressed - on to the next...</description>
