BBC News reports that the people behind the One Laptop Per Child initiative are considering selling the $100 devices to the public in a ‘buy 2 get 1′ deal. The purchaser would get hold of one of the laptops, with the other one going to a poor child in a developing country. Sounds like a winning idea to me, and I can’t wait until the day when all students have access to these! ![]()
