There are good uses of technology and there are bad uses of technology. Integrating GPS into school uniforms falls into the latter category, as far as I’m concerned. First of all there’s the matter of that old-fashioned idea of trusting your offspring, then there’s the fact that mobile phone penetration amongst teenagers is at almost 100%! Why, oh why, oh why?
